We see individuals from as young as 3 years-old, and integrate a range of creative and traditional therapies into our service model to support mental health & wellbeing.
We listen to individual needs and what may be most helpful in a therapeutic process. Our therapists are able to offer: CBT, creative, person-centred, psychotherapeutic and integrative approaches.
